Returns/Refunds

If you change your mind or are unable to attend your training course, a full refund will be issued, provided you cancel within 14 days of your initial booking. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel after the 14-day period. We always aim to support our learners and will accommodate course changes where possible.
